Weekly Spring Pool Service

3 Visits - Additional visits to be charged

Pools opened before Memorial Day are subject to different environmental conditions not found during the summer months. These conditions may be plant pollen, tree buds, leaves or other organic materials requiring more attention to the skimmers and leaf catchers. Besides cleaning your pool of this debris, additional chemicals are often needed to keep your pool at safe and proper levels. High levels of organics rapidly skew your pool's chemistry and require this extra level of attention. This is not only important for the bathers, but will ensure the system's control center operates correctly. Services include the following:

  • Vacuum pool as needed (not included in price if pool has an in-floor cleaning system)
  • Clean skimmers and leaf-vac (when applicable)
  • Test water chemistry & balance as needed
  • When applicable, refill IntelliChem acid and/or chlorine tanks as needed (all materials included)

Weekly Summer Pool Service

17 Visits

Provide (17) weekly pool service throughout the summer pool season between Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools that are open outside of this window will require our Weekly Spring Pool Service and/or Weekly Fall Pool Service. Our summer services include the following:

  • Vacuum pool as needed (not included if pool has an in-floor cleaning system)
  • Clean skimmers and leaf-vac (when applicable)
  • Test water chemistry & balance as needed
  • When applicable, refill IntelliChem acid and/or chlorine tanks as needed (all materials included)

Weekly Fall Pool Service

4 Visits

Beginning after Labor Day provide a weekly pool service for those pools remaining open later into the fall. Your leaf catchers provide excellent protection of your pool pumps, but their ability to collect leaves requires them to be cleaned of debris sometimes multiple times a day during the heaviest of leaf drop days. The chemical need of your pool will also be greater and we will provide those chemicals as needed to properly balance your pool's chemistry due to the weather, additional tree debris and other organics not found during the summer months. Just like in the spring, high levels of organics will rapidly skew your pool's chemistry requiring this extra level of attention. This is not only important for your bathers, but will ensure the system's control center operates correctly and doesn't shut down requiring an emergency service call and an additional charge.

If the pool shuts down and sends us an alert, we must make a T&M Pool Service call to your residence to rectify the situation. We cannot knowingly allow a pool to have unsafe Chlorine levels due to this type of shutdown and possibly endanger any bather that may use the pool during this time. Services included are as follows:

  • Vacuum pool as needed, even with in-floor cleaning systems
  • Clean skimmers and leaf-vac (when applicable)
  • Test water chemistry & balance as needed
  • When applicable, refill IntelliChem acid and/or chlorine tanks as needed (all materials included)
